How we help
We’ve designed Steevie, a pioneering new digital platform, to automate some of the tasks you need to perform such as writing a CV and Personal Statement. It is an autism-friendly one-stop-shop to help with the recruitment process. Once registered you have an option to invite a mentor to join you. (This could be a parent, guardian, counsellor, careers advisor, a friend or anyone you trust).
In addition, Steevie will explain the legal rights designed to remove anti-autistic discrimination in the recruitment process and hopefully improve your chances when trying to get a job.
The service is completely free.

Are you an autistic job seeker?
Steevie is a digital platform especially built for you! Not only will it help you write a CV and Personal Statement but it will also generate a list of reasonable adjustments designed to make things a little easier when attending a job interview.
Invite a mentor to join the platform with you
Steevie is very friendly! Once your application has been approved, you can invite a mentor to join you on Steevie. Their role is to give you help and advice. Remember, you’re in charge and can accept or reject their recommendations.
Do you support autistic people?
We appreciate the work you do and want to make your life a little easier!
Introduce autistic individuals to Steevie and they will be able to generate their own CV and Personal Statement. Encourage them to choose you as their mentor once they’re registered and then you’ll be able to support them further and suggest changes to these important documents.
