IT & Cyber Security

Why are people on the autism spectrum often skilled in areas of IT and cyber security?  Possibly because of their preference for structure in all things.  While the world may be chaotic, computers work on extreme logic.  Every command boils down to a series of questions that require a yes or no.  Anything which intereferes with, or delays this schematic is more likely to be spotted by someone on the spectrum making them ideal candidates for a career in the IT industry.
