The Lady Mayoress of London (centre) graciously invited supporters of Aspierations to a dinner at her private apartment in Mansion House. During the meal, guests discussed the barriers facing talent with high functioning autism or Aspergers trying to enter the workforce. Around the table, captains of industry agreed that reasonable adjustments were necessary to make organisations more neurodiverse. As a result of the evening many top companies pledged to work with Aspierations to help transform society.
